Bottle, almost no head, very dark but not opaque brown color, aroma of smoke and chocolate, mellow bitter chocolate aroma with some smoke and plums in the back, creamy mouthfeel. Very nicely balanced, well made.

Bottle, small bubbly head, very cloudy lightish brown color, aroma and flavor of dark chocolate, plums, some wininess and a bit of yeast behind, a little too boozy, pleasant fruity chocolate aftertaste. Very nice, the better of the three.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, quite clear very deep red color, sour winey aroma, lots of yeastiness and wood, also some vanila, plum fruitiness, vanila and yeast, light sweetness, noticable bitterness, medium bodied, just a light hint of raisins in the end. Nice and enjoyable but not really Pinot Noirish.

Bottle, medium bubbly head, light hazy and a bit intense yellow color, aroma of yeast, light bread and some herbs, flavor of light bread, se yeastiness and just a hint of honey, light sweetness, medium herbal bitterness. Nice

Draught at KIshkashta, almost no head, very cloudy quite dark orange color, cooked pumpkin, cake, candy and just a bit of spice, a little too sweet. Dtinkable but not too good.

Rye Russian Imperial Stout from Shita Brewery

Bottle, almost no head whatsoever, very dark but not opaque brown color, coconut, wax, wood, cinnamon, toasted almost burned notes, dark chocolate and chocolate cake, pleasant mild bitterness quite dry. Nice and balanced, quite enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Lior D. Black tan foam. Roast, soy sauce, chocolate, alcohol, sweetish and umami, a bit of rye, bitterish finish, a bit ashy. Full-bodied, rounded. Pretty nice.
