Bottle, small bubbly head, hazy oxidised amontilado sherry brown color, feral, red wine vinegar, sourdough bread aroma with a mustard hint, flavor of almond, prunes, raisins, apple compote, and some oxidized and mustard hints, light and quite coarse bitterness at first but mellowing considerbly as the beer warms up, medium bodied. Very interesting experiment, some resemblance to sherry.
