Draft at Ninkaci, Eastbourne. Poured almost black in colour with a thin round, off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light ashtray, ginger. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and liquorice bitter, with a light, watery, light herbal, light cinnamon palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Weak, watery and lacking flavour. Very disappointing.

Draft at Ninkaci, Eastbourne. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, light tropical fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a fresh, smooth, mango passionfruit, dry, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Rugby Club Winter Festival 2024. Black beer lasting tan head. Some roast flavour. Some chocolate. A little dryness on finish. Some dark fruit jam flavour. A little thin in the mouth. Some dark chocolate flavour. It's fine. Some dryness. Expecting a bit better.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 30/08/21. Black with a good sized tan head. Nose is tangy dark fruits, red berry skins, dried red berries, hint of pine. Taste comprises light roast, charr, cocoa powder, dusty hops, dried red berry fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness. Passable CDA ... a little on the tangy side.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingmane. A clear reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting halo of loose beige head. Aroma is earthy roast, light sour, bark , green apple, earthy pine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy malts, brown bread, pine, dirty malts. Palate is light tang, green apple, highgish carbonation. Meh.
