Panda thanks to Cloin. A very light haze on this gold beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head, doesn't last that long. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a fair bit of grain but it never gets that annoying for me and it delivers a decent sweetness. Light but bright and crisp pine into a modest and ripe citrus. A light and crisp finish. Beer is a fascinating fucker is it not? On paper, there is not that much to get excited about here but this beer has that hard to define drinkability that lifts it out of the morass of bland beer averageness that pervades so many beers of this style and abv. All that said, if I was a monk I would want something a lot more robust than this to make me forget what I had given up to become one of the last devotees of a long outgrown superstition. No? Just me then!

Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Refreshing enough simple Belgo style fodder.
