18/11/2019. Bottle from Chamberlain’s Restaurant, Leadenhall Street Market. Pours dark amber with an average size off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, caramel, biscuit, fruit and leaves. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and quite watery texture, average carbonation. Started ok on looks and aroma but waned a bit. But got to say their marketing seems pretty solid.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Dave. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. So so, has some pale grains, flinty minerality, toasted hay citrus peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry and bitter in the finish. Could be better. Much better, actually.
