(Bottle) Light orange colour with almost no head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of red apples, flowers, hay, pink grapefruit and hints of apple blossom scented fabric softener. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of red apples, marzipan, apple blossom, honey, orange peel and a semi-dry finish with a balanced acidity. A slight apple skin harshness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made cider. Very nice.

Let’s keep the fire burning. Clear golden with some sparkle. Fresh, juicy, light sour apples, dry woody tannins. Feels light and tastes light. Bit watery and tinny. Bit low on carbonation also.

Clear golden juice with no head. Apple and wood, tight and clean with a neat dry edge. Not very sweet, light bitter. Medium body and medium dry. Subtle carbonation.

Clear copper with no head. Sweet and tart applejuice, syruppy, marmalade on oak bark, very high taninnes, cork dry finish. Fruity, dessert wine-like, somewhat chestnutty/wet earthy character, but also blossomy. Nice. Low carbonation.

Bottle shared at Maakun. Near clear amber golden with thin white head. Sweet, fruity and jammy, berry, prune, apricot, marmalade like aromas, bit of a dusty layer. Sweet, watery, fruity beverage, some dry tannins screwing with my teeth. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy deep golden with small but lasting white head. Huge mirabelles on the nose. Sweet and sour apple, mirabelle, vanilla, plum skins, orange, mango, mineral, light earthy, green leaves, medium tannic. Quite sweet, light tart and bitter. Solid medium bodied with solid medium dry finish. Sweet and dry, good combo with nice mirabelles.
