Description
Goldwater Brewing Co. began with a family tradition of brewing, rooted in Chad and Dillon McClelland’s childhood experiences with their father, Greg, an avid home brewer since 1986. What started as a hobby in their garage evolved into a shared passion, leading to the establishment of a 10bbl brewery with three locations.
The turning point came when Chad, inspired by his travels through craft beer scenes worldwide, decided to turn their family passion into a professional endeavor. With full support from Greg, Dillon, and their brother-in-law, Jimmy, the family set out to build their dream. After months of planning, experimenting, and overcoming challenges, Goldwater Brewing Co. officially opened its doors on May 1, 2015.
Their success stems from the combined strengths of each member: Greg’s business acumen, Chad’s brewing expertise, Dillon’s creative vision, and Jimmy’s operational skills. Together, they’ve built a brand known for quality, innovation, and community. As they continue to grow and introduce new, exciting beers, the family remains committed to their roots and the people who have supported them from the start.
Cheers to the future of fresh, local craft beer!

Willebecher draft at Goldwater Brewery in Scottsdale, Arizona. The pour is a clear golden yellow with a minimal white head. The aroma is crisp fresh pine with herbal and floral hop. The taste is a clean fresh blend of the herbal, pine and softly bitter floral. The palate is light to medium bodied, mineral and a slight dank to the finish. Nice and fresh.

16 oz can purchased to go from Goldwater Brewery in Scottsdale, Arizona. The pour is a cloudy yellow orange with a well formed one inch pure white head. The aroma is sweet melon, floral and some soft mango. The taste is citrus, mild tart with mango sweet, silky oat character towards the back. The palate is unfiltered, medium bodied with soft carbonation and a silky finish. Easy drinking beer.
