Can. Color: Hazy yellow-ish pale golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus and some troplcal fruit. Taste: Hoppy, over moderate to medium bitter, fruity orange, orange peel, some tangerine and grapefruit. Light coconut hints, Wheat malt background. Moderate sweet. Just under medium to medium body, average carbonation. Bit creamy mouthfeel from the used lactose I presume. Maybe a bit thin but overall ok.

Cans. Poesiat & Kater / Eleven Atomic Brett Monster - Centennial Annihilation and Eleven / Poesiat & Kater Atomic Brett Monster - Passion Pulsar side by side and blended together as suggested by the brewers. Color: Both pale golden, CA is more hazy, PP only slightly hazy. CA has a thin white head, PP no head at all. Blend is like CA. Aroma: CA Brett and hoppy. PP Less Brett and only lightly fruity. Blend goes mostly towards CA, somewhat less Brett and very lightly fruity hint. Taste: CA: Quite some Brett funk, light to moderate tart, hoppy, lemon and floral notes. Light sweetness, light to mmoderate hopbitterness. Hoppy notes mostly towards and at the finish. Under medium body, which is ok for this kind of beer. Just under average carbonation. PP: Notes of passion fruit, watery, subtle Brett and lime notes. Light to moderate sweet, light tart and bitter. Thin body, under average carbonation. Blend: Not surprisingly in between CA and PP. Compared with CA it's somewhat less Bretty, less carbonation, tartness and sweetness are balanced combined with a little less bitterness. Fruity hints of Passion Fruit. CA 7 3 7 3 15 = 3.5 PP 6 2 6 2 12 = 2.8 Blend 7 3 6 3 13 = 3.2 PP is just too watery for me and less Bretty. For a Brett lover like me CA is the better one.

Bottle directly from brewery shop. Color: Light hazy golden, fast disappearing white head. A lot of tiny carbonation bubbles going up in the glass. Aroma: Salty, moderate tart, fruity. Taste: Combination of moderate salty, sweet and tart, quite subtle yet clearly present fruity notes of mango, pineapple and peach. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Quite nice.

Can. Color: Hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit. Taste: Over moderate bitter, grassy and citrusfruit, mainly orange and lime, zest. Some tropical fruit like mango also when standing longer. Light to moderate sweet malty background. A bit rough. Very long lasting bitter finish. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Tending to a Session in my opinion. Ok but not the best of this family series for me.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy red, large frothy pink head. A lot of tiny carbonation bubble rising in the glass. Aroma: Earthy, beetroot, herbal. Taste: A pretty weird malty combination of spicy Saison yeast and beetroot notes. Earthy. Cooked vegetables. Moderate sweet and bitter, a little more bitterness at the finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Hard to rate this one. In some way I like it, in another way it seems just too much 'cooked vegetables' for a beer. No problem drinking the whole bottle, but I doubt whether I ever would buy another bottle of this beer.

330ml can, thanks to MonsterMagnet for this! Hazed golden yellow appearance, not much head retention. Aroma of creamy coconut, lactose, pineapple, grapefruit, fresh tropical juice. Taste continues along similar lines, lovely and smooth on the palate, pleasantly sweet but very light and drinkable with a dry finish.
