Kolor żółty , oczywiście hazy. Piana biała, drobno pęcherzykowa, wysoka, trwała.
Aromat chmielowy, soczyście owocowy (cytrusy, tropiki), jest słodki. W tle nuty kwiatowe, przyjemnie ziołowe słodkie. Aromat jest bardzo intensywny, wyraźny.
Smak: tutaj niemal doskonały balans między słodową słodyczą a chmielową goryczką. Finisz delikatnie przesunięty w stronę goryczki.
Wysycenie średnie plus. Ciało pełne. Tekstura miękka. Posmak średnio długi słodko gorzki, z wyraźniejszym, wytrawnym wykończeniem.

Can at Stomerij Oirschot. Opaque pitch black color, full sized off-white to beige / mocha. Aroma is malts, very roasty, almost harsh. Flavor is similar: malts, dark and roasted malts, heavy roast, earthy, distant dark chocolate but that about it. Bit one sided. Bit harsh. Bit low bodied tbh. Hmm needs some work but could have some potential I'd say.

Marmalade, candied plum, dried orange peel, caramel, brandy. Sweet plum, pear, yellow fig, bitter orange peel, caramel. Herbal hops, bit spicy-phenolic, orange peel again, warming brandy-like alcohol. Syrupy texture. Sweet, syrupy, on the whole still 'beery'.
