Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. The taste is very Dunkel-like. Dark malts, a little smokey, clean and smooth. Very repeatable too.

Keg at the brewery, 6/22/22. Clear bronze, thin creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, sweaty sock. Taste is cherry, toffee, pine. Nice.

Can’t believe my dream of brewery opening in Hamlin happened right after I leave state. Anyways had most of growler in hotel prior to heading back north. Orange and bubbly looking. Nose is coriander some fruits. Tats yes of pepper, currants, green wine grapes, hay, florals. Zippy enough. Interesting and worthy of another visit if I’m in town again
