Approachable nose: grape jam, some tropical sourness, banana bread esters.
Very tropical flavor. Banana-pineapple ester-y milkshake, sourdough, a bitter pepper finish.
Frothy, slight tang, calcified finish.
Very good.

6/5/2026. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers! Good pour. Aroma is fruity, jelly cubes, peppery, stilton cheese, Medium sweetness, bitterness and body. Sweet, peppery, bittersweet taste. It’s interesting and quite likeable.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy yellow with a white fluffy head that whispered off into a ring. Aroma is funk, barnyard, spicy, woodsy, vinous. Taste is funky, fruity, spices, yeast, straw, woodsy, vinous.

Seriously tasty crusher. Taste is beefier than the ABV suggests. Biscuits and dried grass. Bohemian style. Really good light lager. I could crush em all day.

Can sample at the 2024 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and excellent retention. Standard, light pale malt aroma. A nice straightforward lager flavor. Somewhat generic. Just a good basic beer.
