16 oz can shared by Tom. Thank you. Aroma is mild chocolate and soft rye. Flavor is weak rye and soft chocolate. Body is a touch thin. Almost watery. Was hoping for a bit more β€œbeef” in the body. Could use a re-work of this recipe. Needs some help.

Can pour from the brewery. Hazy, iced tea, ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is toasted malt, rye spice. Taste is toasted malt, hint of chocolate, rye spice. Soft carbonation and finish as taste. From the appearance to the aroma through the taste and texture, I get the rye but the porter is weak.

Can pour from the brewery. Hazy yellow with tons of sparkle, some floaties/particulate mist, thin head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is tart berry, pine, citrus. Taste is strong tart fruit/bubblegum, milder citrus and pine. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste, slightly vegetal. Not earth shaking but not run of the mill either.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thanks Tom. The aroma is mild lemon and a general yeasty character. Flavor of a Americanized Belgian Witbier. Lemon, white pepper, and wheat. Simple and straightforward.

Undated can drunk 5/23/25, compliments of tfontana. Thanks, Tom!
Very light-colored for a porter, with a medium-dark-amber color, slight haze and large, beige head settling out at cover.
Sweet malt and buttercream with soft milk chocolate and low roast. Vanilla almost, with not much in the realm of spicy or nutty rye. Not sure what it smells like, maybe more of an English Brown Porter, I guess. It's clean enough, but it worries me about the [lack of] strength of it, being 7.25% abv.
Sweet, lightly malty, lightly chewy. Chocolate, buttercream, vanilla and more sweet chocolate lingering. It's not thin, or watery, though for 7.25%, I would expect more flavor intensity and more body. This drinks more like a ~5% brown porter. I do like the changeup of almost no roast, but it's a bit on the sweet/chocolatey side.
