Description
As beer enthusiasts, we were really impressed by the revolutionary beer of some breweries. We dreamed of being able to match that and in 2016 we made a first modest attempt to make beer at home.
After several promising brews, we quickly got the taste for it. The interest in the beautiful process called brewing grew, as did our beer production. At first we mainly brewed for ourselves and for friends, but the demand for beer from our area increased and in 2018 the hobby brewery grew into a serious business.
Since then, we have been working with great dedication and passion on brewing beer. We set the bar high and the dream we once had is still in our minds: top beer with pure and surprisingly rich flavors, a taste sensation to enjoy until the last drop.
Cheers!

Bottle shared with TdeRoeck. Amber color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, a light tart note, sweetish as a dubbel. Decent to medium body, fizzy and annoying carbonation. Bad.

21/XII/19 - 33cl bottle @ home, BB: III/2020 - (2019-2165) Thanks to Benzai for sharing the bottle!
SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Pretty clear red brown beer, big creamy to aery beige head, dissipates very quickly. Aroma: malty, bit cheesy, slightly fruity, green apples, bit oxidized, raisins, caramel. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, lots of caramel, malty, grains, pretty oxidized. Aftertaste: malts, grains, hay, caramel, bit fruity, soft bitterness, slightly roasted, nice beer. If it was a Belgian Dubbel. What kind of beer is this anyway? Pretty weird…

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai en gedronken met Benzai en keukenboer. Geel troebel bier met matig schuim dat snel weg trekt. Aroma is hoppig. Smaak is fruitig en hoppig. De hoppige smaak blijft even hangen.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai. Bruin troebel bier met veel bezinksel. Aroma van gebrande mout, koffie en karamel. Smaak van vijgen met een lichte hopsmaak. Jammer dat de smaak snel weg trekt.

Bottle at home shared with Inoven. Unclear amber color, huge foamy white head. Smell and taste malts, quite sweet, floral. Really not a saison haha, I would have never guessed that. Pretty drinkable though, I like it. Probably because it's not a standard saison...

Bought @ Kraan during Borefts. Seems to be just a few weeks old (bbe Sept. '20). Pours a murky brown (!) colour and a wobblt off white head with pretty good retention. Aroma's are actually dank and somewhat fruity with a little onion, so that's NEIPA enough. Retronasal it's more resinous. Flavour is fairly bitter, light sweet and light fruity sour. Medium bodied. Light bitter finish. Rather amateuristic attempt, but not actually a bad beer.
