Taster. Pours a clear, straw color, with a fair, frothy, white head. The aroma is piney hops, lemon peel, and light leather, and grains of paradise. Dry and musty, with a bold, citrusy bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and hard. Aggressive and sticky.

Tap at the Grayson Exhibit A(le). Pours a muddy, dark brown, almost black, with a small, beige head. The aroma is anise, harsh coffee, burnt toast, mild rye, and earth. Sweet and roasty, with a sharp, abrasive bitterness. Medium to heavy body, bready, and sharp. Aggressive, but tasty enough.
