Medium, bit dirty-cream head over dark orangey-copper beer. Indeed a rather sourish nose, wood, but also vegetables, wild yeasts, Sauerkraut, rhubarb, green peas. Woody, dry, watercolour paint, again wild yeasts as Brett or Pedio. Also some fatty acids, arachideoil flavour. Dry, lean MF, low to medium carbonation. Long lasting main flavour. By the brewers' own admittance, an unintented acidification. OK, and I can agree it is still palatable. But the danger IMHO is serving this in two, three, more months... it might well turn for the worse. Bought at the brewpub

Medium, if fast gone cream-coloured head over clear chestnut-amber beer. Sweetish, caramel, leafy, sugarloaf and a bit of leather. Drier than expected, even if the main flavour remains sweet. Caramel, autumn leaf, and dark sweet bread dominate; and it remains pretty drinkable. Again the leather flavour emerges, but it never bothers. Light body, good carbonation. I find this pretty good, definitely one of the better tries of the relatively new nanobrewery. I Bought at the brewpub /I

Small, if dense, shortlived head over hazy orange-golden beer, finely carbonated. Bit of caramel, hint at lemon, and yes, some honey. Caramelmalts, leafy. Sweetish flavour wit a fine sourish lining. Again a bit caramelized. Honey seems to be all fermented out, despite the sweetish character. Feels light, watery even; well carbonated. Is the acidity on purpose, I wonder. Still, it's not bad, if a bit on the light, empty side. Purchased at the brewpub

Huge, ultra-dense & fine yellowish head over copper-golden beer, finely carbonated and some shards of lace. Clear woody-whiskey nose, even quite a bit of peat, tarr, leathersoap. Peat returning, rather dry and leafy, woody, subdued vegetable flavours. Soggy gingerbread, background malty sweetness. Rather thinnish body, feels watery for its given ABV. Good carbonation. Bit thin. Such a beer would easily accept 2% ABV more - but would the yeast? Note: spelled definitely "whiskEy", but the peat doesn't ring many Irish bells. Bought at the brewpub

Small whitish cover, fed by very fine carbonation in darker, cold-hazed golden beer. Very strong lavender aroma, almost like a bathroom product, faint hint at pineapple. Same profile in the flavour; intense (too, to my liking) flavour from the lavender with a background sweetness, again not unlike pineapple. Pretty spritzy carbonation, light body, quite slick. Obviously very perfumey, not something you'ld down a pint or two off. I Purchased at the brewpub /I
