Fine & dense, pitting-in yellowish head over orangey-tinted golden beer. Faint fruity nose, some raspberry, gradually intensifying, finally smelling sweet-raspberry. Dry, almost bitterish flavour! Here I get first some other fruit, very probably elderberry, whilst raspberry is still detectable in the background, though muted. Almost no sweetness, but neither any acidity from the fruit. Light body, good carbonation, some stickiness, slick. Surprising difference between the finally intense raspberry nose, compared to the dry-neutral-ish main taste. Bought in the brewpub

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is peat, straw, a bit vegetal, herbal. Taste is the same. Strawy mouthfeel with high carbonation. Meh.

Clear orange beer, big fizzy aery white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, bit dirty, dead yeast, unpleasant, grains cow fodder. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of peat, bit sourish, bit oxidized. Aftertaste: more peat, hint of caramel, malty, more oxidation.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Gusher, so much foam. Honey, Brett, farmyard, sweet malts, a bit of smoke, flowery, light earthy. Solid medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Infected but not in a horrible way.

Borefts XI Day 2 . Bottle, cheers Fonefan. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft thin sweet malts. Little ripe and dried fruits. Very mild whisky. Ripe citric peel finish. Wat?

Sweet malts, brown sugar, wet hay, liquid brown bread, bit of lacquer. Sickly soft sweetness over earthy and wet papery bitterness. Medium body and soft carbonation. There’s some faul off tastes that are in the middle between lacquer (paint) and cow dung.

Bottle at home. Bought at the brewpub. Unclear amber with greyish head. Probably better fresh.
