Sampled at THT. 6%. Almost clear light golden with fizzy white head. Soft malts, light herbal, grassy, elderflower, pils malts, light lemon peel and coriander. Just medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Huge, dense and fine, receding yellowish head over cloudy orange beer, very lively carbonated.Imposing yeastdeposit; Rather spicy nose, ginger, rootspices, lavender; pale & toasted malts. Sweetish, restsugars, again lightly spicy - under identification treshold in any case. Bit citrus, toast; Mandarine Napoléon but not as sweet, let alone as alcoholic. Seems not fully attenuated despite the spritzy, near fizzy carbonation, feeling thinner than it probably is. Lighter, sweeter, but not a bad tripel.

Gushing to light beige head, collapsing over opaque redbrown beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Nutty, bready, roasted, hints at ureum. Sweet and dark malts. Drier, more bitter than the nose suggested. Background are the bready, malty notes. Hint at chocolate; good balance. Bit slick, not very well-bodied; good carbonation. Light for the classical idea about "dubbel", but pleasant and easy drinking beer.

Quite good, dense whipped eggwhite-like head, fed by very lively carbonated greenish yellow-golden beer. Fruity nose, lightly spicy, rootspices, elderflower, rosehips. Again fruity-spicy flavourwise, very much in accordance with the nose. Elderflower/berry. Just a tad sweet malts underneath, fragrances overlying. Hint at pineapple ester. Very carbonated, near fizzy; light body. Not half bad! Was wondering in what form the elder came in - it's actually dried elderflower. Pretty ample BBD period for a light beer.

Very good beige head, dwindling over brown-tinged black beer. Very pungent nose of coffee, bit cardboard; ground roasted coffeebeans, dark green leaves, maltsugars, melanoidins. Coffee, but less punch-in-the-face than the nose suggested, bit as diluted coffee, very lightly sweetened. Dark malts, and again restsugars. Quite well-carbonated, light body, especially for a 7+ ABV beer. Probably not very attenuated; slick. Not bad for such a newly hatched beer.

Very small whitish head over coppery orangeish golden beer. Green herbs, bit buttery (not diacetyl), toast with herbs' butter (toast aux fines herbes) without the garlic. More of the same in the flavour; partly green, partly dried herbs, neutral soft cheese, chalk, bit dusty; faint citrus, wild and a bit tired hops. Soft almost hidden sweetness seems to indicate a not full fermentation. Light body, bit slick, undercarbonated. Carbonation pays the prize of the handbottling. Taste is duller than most IPA's, but not at all wrong.

Small white head, fed by lively carbonated (cold)hazed golden beer. End of bottle yeasty UFO's. Creamy nose, bit diary, pale malts, spices (coriander in particular). Coriander again quite prominent; slight acidity, possibly due to fatty acids, overlying sweet malty basic flavour. Faintly toasted. Light body, bit gristslick, spritzy carbonation It cannot free itself completely from the homebrew characteristics, but still, there's much worse around made with way more technical hotware;
