Grazie zia! Synthetic cork
Yellow color. It’s mildly carbonated, the aroma is very honeish, beeswax, perfume, a bit fruity. Semi-dry, mildly carbonated, a bit acidic, and some mead bitterness in the end.
Very clumsy, quite unprofessional, not very good.

500ml at Matt’s. Pours an almost clear pale golden, like a champaigne. Aroma is acidic, very chemical, not pleasant. Disaster...

Hazy pale. The aroma is sweet, floral, and it has a nutty character. Quite carbonated, but there is a funky character to this. OK, a little bit nutty but otherwise the floral accents are washed away by the funky stuff.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow, no head. Aroma brings out wildflower honey, with a dry cardboardy quality. Flavour is fairly tart for a mead, with wildflower honey, citric tartness and a very dry finish for a mead. Tart, wild and dry. Medium carbonation (which is high for a mead). Not very well-made.
