On tap at Metier - Cherry St (Seattle), pours black with a small beige head. Aroma has gentle roast upfront, with not much coconut perceivable. Flavour is likewise pretty deficient on the coconut; there’s light roast, some earthiness, not much else. Clean and drinkable, but lacking malt oomph and coconut. Meh.

On tap at Metier - Cherry St (Seattle), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle piney hops, a hint of dankness, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice piney hop character, light oily hop resins, and dry biscuity malt to back. Nice piney hop expression that I like in these blonde westie. Very good.

US Pint can into a plastic beaker on the Ferry to Vancouver Island from Seattle at 10:00 on 12th August 2025. Clean and clear golden pour, white crown. Pleasant enough blend of piney hops and light malts.

Draft pour pint at Metier, Woodinville. Clean, shiny golden pour. Patchy head and lacing. Cool and crisp lager, with no shortage of hop character to follow. Bitter bite. Citrus and grassy. Very easy drinking, and ultimately flavorful hoppy lager. Very good.

Pint enjoyed on draft at Métier, Woodinville. Golden orange pour, mostly clean. Patchy fading head. Lots of grapefruit notes. Hop bite. Lingering peel bitterness. Bold and flavorful finish. Nice west coast IPA with plenty of citrus going on. Quite nice.

Draft pour to a tulip enjoyed at Metier, Woodinville. What a fun and unique style. Glowing golden orange appearance, has the look of a regular juicy IPA. Cool, botanical, juniper like first sip. Cool amd refreshing. Soft white grape. Certainly a gin barrel influence here that does not hide. Has a light feel to it though, despite being very flavorful and pushing imperial status. Dry oak finish. I forgot I was drinking IPA half way through this. It has a wild side. Really interesting brew to say the absolute least. I am on board.

On tap at Pourhouse, pours a hazy burgundy / dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, toasted caramel and a touch of red fruits. Flavour is malty and dry, with bready malt, toasted caramel, and a touch of tart red fruits. Dry, malty and fruity without much residual sweetness. This works pretty well.
