Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 11.03.19. Translucent pale straw colour. Foamy bright white head. Aroma and taste of Belgian yeast, fruits, succade, hay and pale malt. Interesting.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with white head. Distinct aroma of sulfur, flowers, some citrussy, fruity and herbal notes. Tastes slightly sweet with little bitterness. Thin bodied.

750 ml bottle (capped, not corked), Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%. Pale golden colour, large white head. Fruity and mildly spicy aroma of kveik (Norwegian farmhouse yeast, 12 different strains in this case). The moderately sweet flavour is citric, yeasty and spicy, also hints of yellow apples. Moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel could have been fuller, but this is still a nice beer.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, dusty kveik, minerals, paper, sour grass, flowers, fruit stones, bark, sawdust, hints of old cellar. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sap, fruit stones, dusty kveik, minerals, sour grass, soap, hay, minerals, juniper, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.
