Nesten klar gylden med hvitt skum. Aroma og smak malt gjær(kveik) humle. Fyldig øl med balansert smak. Boks fra Gulating Ålesund. Delt med RB Tromsø i Bakken.

500ml can, kindly provided by lmojoh. Frothy white head, clear warm golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Ripe fruity smell with a farmyard touch. Blended taste of almond, kveik fruitiness, and a juniper note. Mid-dry fruity ending. Decent stuff. (Shared at Bakken rating session with Finn, djoeye and lmojoh, Hamna 10.09.2020).

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 9.0%. Deep orange to brown colour, hazy. Large head, slightly off-white. Aroma of Christmas spices (cinnamon, star anise and juniper berries), also notes of malts and fruity and spicy kveik. The flavour is medium sweet and malty, again with distinct notes of said spices and kveik. The oatmeal is indeed hidden behind the spices.

0,33 flaske fra vp Verksgata, hjemme: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Et solid, maltdrevet øl hvor kveiken får spille hovedrollen. Hint av røykmalt kvesser smaken, dette er norsk tradisjonsøl man kan være stolt av.
