ABV: 5.5%. Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, marzipan malt, butter, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, elderflowers, marzipan malt, minerals - salty - yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210528]

Bottle from Glasbanken. Quite viscous, pitch black, with very brief beige head. Smells of dark chocolate and booze. Some oak and perfume too. Taste is fiery booze, chocolate, coffee, roast. Some vanilla and rye bread. Drinks nicely.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pale golden, mid sized head.Aroma of elderflowers, orange and marzipan, Dry with slight body and crisp, spritzy mouthfeel. Grain and elderflowers, gooseberries and grass. Mid bitter finish. Quite elegant, and really pleasant. Pretty much the opposite end of the spectre from the Saison I had from this brewery 4 years back. They have made a journey.
