Clear black to purple brown beer, no head. Aroma: lovely, lots of bourbon, pretty oxidized, some caramel, roasted, alcohol, more coffee, hint of vanilla. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, malty, oxidized, lots of caramel, vanilla, more roast, coffee notes. Aftertaste: caramel, lots of alcohol, soy sauce, roasted, dark chocolate bitter touch, good!

Cloudy bright carmine red beer, no head. Aroma: nice, funky, very wild, fruity touch, slight acidic impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, fruity, acidic, pretty soapy, apples, some tannins, pretty dry. Aftertaste: more tannins, funky, raspberries.

Nice wheaty bourbon barrel notes and roastiness

Draught Pale red beer, hazy, with a small off-white rim. Strong wild berries nose - buckthorn comes to mind - bit of raspberries as well, agave. Sourish, rosehips, raspberry, buckthorn, lime. Very acidic, almost acetic, lots of lactic - and malonic? Sharp acidthinning and -burn, light to medium bodied. Delicate and harsh features at the same time. One really to try!

Draught Very good white lacey head over pale yellow beer, veiled. Peach, grains, farmyard odours, lemon, lemonbalm, kafir lime; no hint at acidity. Root spices, dry grains, garden herbs & weeds, peaches, white wine. Finish as fruity as the smell. Dry, if not overly so, and warming up even less. Good carbonation. Excellent saison.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A black beer. Aroma of strong dark roasted malt, raisins, wood. Taste of sweet dark roasted malt, liquorice, coffee.

Bottle from SB. Dark brown, viscous, with no head. Heavily boozy, dark chocolate, some coffee, bourbon, vanilla. A tad too much booze for my liking.

Flaska från SB. Aningen disig ljusgul vätska med ett högt bestående kritvitt skum. Doft av saisonjäst, fläder, citrus, blommor , klorofyll och jord. Bra kropp, livlig och krispig, ganska torr, smak som doften. Klassisk saison åt det lite torrare hållet. Mycket gott
