Pours black, no real head. Scent is bourbon , milder wood. Taste is full, super silky, nearly no carbo. Very chocolaty. Soy sauce. OK .

Pours unclear pinkish. Small white head. Scent is mild raspberry, woody, bit brett. Taste is brett, wood, mild strawberry, bit sharp, rather dry. OK.

Fluffy whipped eggwhite-like head over orangey golden beer, hazed. Brettanomyces, fruity esters, peaches, sulphur. Lime, citrus(leaf), lactic acid, again (unripe) peach, lunaria, lemon, 'zingy'. Sharp lipsmacking acidity, acidthinning, good carbonation. Heavens, they do everything right, no?

Bottle pour @ Billie's Craft Beer Festival 2021. Heavy with wheaty bourbon barrel notes, some warming alcohol, roastiness, licorice and earthiness. Quite heavy.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of rum, liquorice, sweet dark malt. Taste of sweet strong dark caramelized malt, liquorice, rum, raisins.
