Holmfirth 'Last Of The Summer Wine' Tour & Bar Crawl, Beer#4. Golden with a carbonation. Pleasant lager, with plenty of body, just like Marina in the TV show, but soft enough in the palate, with a gentle sweetness. The best of the four on offer at the Brewpub for me, and I don't often say that about lagers.

Holmfirth 'Last Of The Summer Wine' Tour & Bar Crawl, Beer#3. The only one of the trio of Nowhere beers I ordered I particularly liked, although the trio in the television show all had endearing qualities. Sweet in design, there's a flavoursome hop hoppiness here, and quite crisp tasting for its strength. Nor does it feel its strength. Drank on the veranda of Nowhere overlooking the town centre.

Holmfirth 'Last Of The Summer Wine' Tour & Bar Crawl, Beer#2. The golden coloured house session of Nowhere shortly after visiting Compo's house in the town. It's an easy enough hoppy-sweet pale, which was also the choice of the next customer after me. Does a job without being outstanding, but obviously popular enough amongst the selection at the Brewpub.

Holmfirth 'Last Of The Summer Wine' Tour & Bar Crawl, Beer#1. Dark brown sweet-hoppy stout drank by the river Holme, not overly appealing just like Nora Batty's stockings weren't in the tv show. Disappointing dark malt profile here, although speaking to a local later he said I should have found a little more regular stout character than I did.

Half pint from the tap at Nowhere restaurant, Holmfirth. Brewed in house, enjoyed next to the River Holme. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, cereal, grain, hops & malt. Medium body. Sweet light bitter finish
