In some ways, Paradise Garage is just like any high-quality meadery. At it’s most basic, mead is a simple drink that just needs some skill in brewing to make it well. Paradise Garage differs in its inspirations and attitude.

We know all about and appreciate the fascinating history and heritage of mead, we just choose to ignore it entirely. Mead is not a gift-shop item, a novelty or a joke – mead is a serious alternative to wine, beer or cider and can be as modern as you want it to be.

Gravity pour at Steel City Beer Festival '24 - clear pure gold body, no head. Crisp rich ripe apples all the way through, sweet syrup, honey? Yes, but not overpowering. Like an ice-cider, but richer in its flavours. More than impressed.
