On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso leggero zolfo, frutta tropicale, erbaceo. In bocca ha un attacco maltato medio e una chiusura amara media, abbastanza bilanciata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Da rivedere, ma non è malvagia.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di cocco, ananas, litchi, papaya. In bocca ha una base di malto importante, con amaro medio, abbastanza lungo e persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona.

On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, di passionfruit, cocco, ananas. In bocca è bilanciata, morbida, base di malto leggera, chiusura amara a bilanciare. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Ottima.

Tap. Golden pour rather clear, fantastic foam. Nose is tea-led, bread crumb, yeast. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, yeasty, herbal. Very well-brewed.
