Bottle on balcony at La Plumeria, Cefalu, Sicily, 4th April 16. Pours an attractive beer, some lacing and a nice head. Aroma is bitter, metallic, yeast and slight funk. Taste is spice, yeast, quite bitter, refreshing and a better beer than the Chiara

Bottle on balcony at La Plumeria, Cefalu, Sicily, 3rd April 16. Pours a slightly cloudy light amber beer. Aroma is peach, fruit, citrus. Taste is peach, slight floral, refreshing and easy drinking IPA.

Bottle on balcony at La Plumeria, 4th April 16. Pours clear and amber, no head. Aroma is slight spice, yeast, funk, coriander. Taste is refreshing, yeast, slight sour, spice. Pretty good.
