Brouwerij De Snor startte in oktober 2015 met het brouwen van een sterk blond Biertje, de Gele Snor. Het bleek meteen een schot in de roos. Drie jaar later, en meer dan 10 verschillende bieren verder, gaat Brouwerij "De Snor" commercieel! Nick van Mierlo en Gert Stoer hebben de handen ineen geslagen en gaan er samen voor zorgen dat nóg meer mensen de gelegenheid krijgen om van al dit lekkers te proeven.

33cl Fles van Landal Heideheuvel. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Ruikt als een klassieke, iets kruidige tripel, doet erg aan als Westmalle en dat is een compliment, iets fruitig, smaak is vooral kardemom, frisse appel, koriander, citroenschil, iets droog, degelijk bitter, licht alcoholisch. Medium body. Lekkere tripel, als je van kardemom houdt.

Bottle at home. Murky brown color, small beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, dark malts, softly raisin notes but only lightly, a bit sweetish but in the distance, the beer is dominated by a malt bitter base. Okay beer. Love the peel-off mustache.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with huge, frothy, very slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white to pale sulphureous head. Yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly fruity hoppy and minimally yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, baked banana, some honey, orange, mandarine, a touch of clove.
