(Can, 0.44l - 18.10.2023, thanks VastActiv, at VastActiv, 20230105) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee and ash. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, ashy and bitter. Nice.

44 cl can from To øl beer club poured into a Snifter. Pitch black with a thin, tanned head. Sweet aroma with dark, roasted malts, coffee, cardamom, lots of bitter notes. Taste is bitter. Full body. Drying roasted finish with lingering dark malts. Somewhat unbalanced.
