Draft pour pint at BrewTop Social, SeaTac. Pre-flight beers always find their way of getting bonus points on my ratings. Clean and shiny pour. Thin head. Lots of straw grain and corn up front. Pils like nose with a touch of grass. Very crisp brew. Light, refreshing, flavorful enough to not be bored of it. Gotta love a brew that names itself after home. Can't believe the new park has now stood longer than the Kingdome did. Anyway, good kolsch here.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Route 2 Taproom, Monroe. A wonderfully unfiltered cloudy pale gold, thin oily patch head, sticky lacing. Always believing that the unfiltered west coast IPA is the superior substyle, this solo option matching that description on the menu was a no brainer to get poured. Moderate dank nose. Pine, grassy and onion like hop character. Biscuit grains, lemon grassy hop flavor, quiet bitterness on the palate. Solid after work beer option, or to stick to the collab theme, a solid concert brew when domestic swill is just not your thing. Clear standout from this brewery in my limited rates, and faint memory of brews in my backlog. Love this.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear dark amber / burgundy with a small off-white head. Nose has nice toffee and caramel notes upfront, with plenty of oak, a touch of bourbon, and gentle brown sugar. Flavour has plenty of oaky, alcoholic notes, toffee, bready malt, and a touch of vanillin. Oaky, somewhat hot, but has some nice dry maltiness on the finish. Very good, if a bit lacking in refinement.

Pint draft at Brewtop Social (ice cold). Hazy golden pour, thin, fine white head. Light grainy aroma, hint of lemon. Taste is bready, biscuity, touch of lemon, then .. poof! Gone. Talk about a quick finish....

Pale, blonde, no head. Thin and lean malts, medium bitterness. Not saying it's kolsch, but I'm saying it's good beer.

4 pack of cans picked up over a month ago, enjoyed three right away, and found this one in the back of the fridge yelling Hey! What the hell man! Probably my last fresh hop of the year, but who knows. Sometimes my local favorites have a few stragglers. A nice and unique hop profile. Grassy and a bit weedy on the nose. Some citrus rind on the flavor, with a crisp side to it. West coast feel with big and bold bitter hops. Solid fresh hop.

16 oz can poured, from Hop and Hound. Mildly cloudy golden pour, patchy head. Been a minute since I've seen a C hops IPA. Aroma is steady with orange fruit and wort. Creamier body, grassy hops, mild pine, biscuit grains. Actually thought this had a flavor profile of an IPL, pretty clean finish. Classic hop profile in a more unique IPA compared to others around here, I'd say. Fun, tasty brew.

On tap at Future Primitive Beach Bar, pours a fairly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has an earthy hop character, with some bitter citrus peel and rough bready malt. Flavour is lightly juicy, with melon, some stone fruit, citrus hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Not the most explosive hop character, and doesn't seem that vibrant. It's alright.

On tap at Future Primitive Beach Bar, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp, with grassy hops, biscuity malt, and straw. Flavour is crisp, with a nice dry grassy hop character, biscuity malt, and straw. Dry, grassy and crisp. Well-made. Funny name — are Nazis really going to be deterred?
