Served in a plastic cup, as is appropriate for the style. Pale amber, hazy, medium head. Grainy, pickled jalapeño notes, no bitterness, vague malt. Well, this is every bit as shitty as its inspiration.

On tap at WABF 2024, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of boiled veggies, ugh... this is messed up. Flavour is dominated by the boiled veggies: very crunchy and off-putting. Something wrong here. Bad.

Taster shared with Matt at A1 Hop Shop 144th. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: roasted malts, some fruity notes and spice. Taste: along the same lines, a bit too roasted for me, balanced spice, a bit dry. Overall: pretty good.

On tap at A1 Hop Shop 144th, pours black with a small light brown head. Nose reveals plenty of roasted malt, with some pumpkin pure, and light spiciness. Flavour is gently spicy, with lots of spicy nutmeg, pumpkin zest, and medium roast. It has a weird herbal, earthy character to it that's not sitting well. Not my thing.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at No Boat for the big Nacho Mama's finale. A slightly cloudy golden orange appearance. Refreshing, mild aroma of corn and cream. Refreshing taste, crisp front, corn finish. I expected an absolute explosion of corn with this, but they really nailed the level in my opinion. Long cool finish. Unique and flavorful Mexican Lager here. Might do another with some Nacho Mama's jalapeños added!

Can. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has bitter citrus and a touch of earthy papaya with a bit of sweet grains. Flavor has juicy citrus and earthy papaya with a hint of citrus rind in the finish.

Draft 20 oz pour at No Boat. First visit. Near black pour with a thin fizz head. Sweet milk chocolate flavor. Chocolate bar. Toasted malt aroma. A little too sweet for my usual taste, but I feel like it’s supposed to be. Long lingering milk chocolate finish. Fun stout.

32 oz growler poured. Much thanks to Nacho Cat! Glowing, hazy pour with a ton of rocky foam head and lacing, and a pulp like sediment. A snow globe of haze here. Truly unique appearance. Thick as sauce. Fresh pineapple nose. Juicy up front, pineapple over citrus fruit flavor. A slight sweet character to it. Lingering pineapple and orange slice like finish. Very original double IPA, memorable, and extremely flavorful. Great name, great beer.

32 oz growler, gifted by the fine folks at Nacho Mama’s. Huge thanks! Poured to the pint glass. Mostly clear golden orange pour with very little head. Very sweet malt, a little buttery too. Creamy, caramel and hop bitter lingering finish. Not really refreshing for a light imperial IPA. Too sweet, and quite harsh. Not really impressed here.
