Pale and hazy, not much head. Vaguely orangey hop, some crackery type malt notes, mellow bitterness. It’s ok.

Poured from the tap. Hazed blonde gold with minimal white head. Soft grassy citrus hops. Okay.

On draft at Beach Cat. Berko liked this, so I will probably absolutely love it. Fun and festive brew here. Lots of Christmas spices here. Cinnamon headlined. Reddish copper appearance. Hints of caramel malts. Slight note of a berry. Elderberry? Cool and unique brew. Enjoyed this.

On draft at Beach Cat. Clean and clear shiny golden appearance. Thin head that fades. Straw nose, dominated with little else. Flavor has a touch of mineral, some straw grains, and a grassy note that lasts to the late palate. Crisp throughout. Easy drinking. Good pils overall.

Draft pour at Beach Cat, Birch Bay. Near black pout, thin fading tan head. Doughy malts up front, faint cocoa notes. Cool, easy drinking flavorful lager. Silk body. Soft toasty finish. Tasty dark lager.

Cloudy, pale, medium head. Light sulphur, hints of hops, mellow malt, not bad.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of spruce and diacetyl — that's not pleasant. Flavour is not subtle: totally ruined by buttery diacetyl, which mostly masks the spruce. Sweet, buttery, sprucey finish. Disastrous.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart jammy blackberries and light lacto. Flavour is jammy and lacto-y, with some jammy blackberries, mineraly notes and lacto. Cheap fruity kettle sour that's a bit flawed.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dusty dry cocoa, earthiness, and toasted malt. Flavour is toasty and dry, with bready malt, toasted malt, and dry dusty cocoa powder. Dry, gently bitter finish. Pleasant.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle sulphuric, sweaty hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is dry and crisp, with biscuity malt, piney hops, and sweatiness. Doesn't have the best hop expression but it's not bad.
