Hazy, thin head, lowish bitterness, some tropical hop notes, malt is ok, could stand more hop aromatics.

Hazy, medium head, a bit weedy, kind of green. Light malt sweetness, overall not bad. But that is a fair bit of sulphur.

Bright, pale amber, thin head. Piney c hop med bitterness, juicy malts. Well made.

Pale brown, thin head, toasty, some molassesy sweetness, good malt complexity and just enough bitterness.

Bright, golden, med head. Nice rich noble hops, grassy, herbal, big pale malt. A bit sticky but within reason. This is quite good.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is certainly spice-forward — there's lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, maybe a bit of gingerbread, as well as caramel bready malt. Flavour is sweet and spicy — there's lots of caramel malt, bready malt, nutmeg, cinnamon and gingerbread. On paper, I wouldn't normally gravitate to this, but this beer works well. Malty, moderately sweet, and just spicy enough to balance. Good stuff.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is hearty, with lots of oats, dry roastiness, and crusty bready malt. Flavour is robust, with deep roasted malt, plenty of hops, and some woodiness. Classic hop-forward wood stout here, with good balance and a hearty mouthfeel. Very well-made.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma reveals a rather fungal, sweaty hop character, some earthiness and sweet biscuity malt. Flavour isn't all that pleasant on the hop expression — sweaty, earthy, fungal hops dominate. There's a sweet malt backbone that's reasonably well-structured, but that hop character isn't doing it for me. Okay.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours a clear pink with a small white head. Nose brings out plenty of tart blackberry upfront, with a touch of salt, and lacto. Flavour is very light on the mouthfeel, with tart blackberries, light salt, and lacto. Unassuming, but uninteresting—bit too minerally on the palate. Okay.

On tap at Beach Cat, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite fruity, with lots of juicy stone fruits, citrus rinds, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite juicy, with citrus hops, some citrus peel, stone fruit juiciness, and a little biscuity malt to back. Very juicy and bright, without too much chalkiness. Good stuff.
