Hazed amber topped with a good sized lasting egg shell white cap.
Nose is bitter tropicana, grass, grapefruit, orange zest, melon.
Taste comprises pineapple, mandarin, grass, grapefruit, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy well balanced TIPA.

Kolor pomarańczowy intensywnie opalizujący. Piana barwy ecru, wysoka, średnio trwała, nieznacznie oblepia szklankę.
Aromat o wysokiej intensywności, jest słodki, chmielowy - owocowy (cytrusy).
Smak delikatnie słodki i kwaśny jednocześnie z przyjemną, mocniejszą goryczkową kontrą. Goryczka wydaje się być "sucha", ostra. Nie jest bardzo wysoka, ale to ona jest na pierwszym planie.
Alkohol dobrze ukryty. Tekstura gładka, śliska, miękka. Ciało pełne. Posmak długi, słodki kwaskowy z wykończeniem goryczkowym.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Black, coarse head. Milky cream and buttercookies up front. Very sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Artificially sweetened custard and butter cookies. Simplistic and cloying pastry junk.

Can. Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a light sweetness. The hops bring a resinous cooling pine. Smooth citrus peel and a little juicy orange and mandarin. Mild hop spice on the sort finish. A mellifluous West Coast Tipa. Smooth and rounded and really doesn't drink like 10%. That said, a little more bite would not go amiss.

Thanks fonefan! Pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some vanilla and mild cookies to it. Flavour is cookies, caramel, fudge, cream and some mild vanilla as well as chocolate. Hides the alcohol nicely.
