375ml @ Phill's. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a weak white head. Aroma: no funk/bugs/manure/minerals detected, not sure why they put lambic into the name. Some generic wild yeasts notes, lacto, some acidity and fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite acidic with a fruity character. Overall: meh.

Hazy, paleish. The aroma comes across as acidic with a fair bit of caja on it. Tart up front, acetic, lactic, but then there's a bit of sugars from the caja fruit come through. So kind of bracing which makes it unbalanced. Definitely could do more sugars.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly acidic and citric, with wood, some lacto and citrus. Flavour is very citric and yogurty, with plenty of lacto, lots of citric notes, and a hint of wood. I'm mostly getting citrus and lacto. Far from a lambic; doesn't even seem like a wild yeast-inoculated beer. Milky palate. Not bad but far from good.

Dark brown. Some vegetal notes on the nose. The palate has some roast, again vegetal, off-dry. I mean maybe port but the base here is just okay...almost a thinnish baltic...I don't know. It's not coming together.

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out some vegetal notes, crunchy herbal notes, and light roast. Flavour is full of crunchy raw veggies and medium roast. If I look for it, there's some wine barrel character, but I probably wouldn't have noticed it otherwise. Too vegetal and herbal. Lame.

Bottle. Nice chestnut colour, bubbly head. Nutty, slightly toffeeish character. Has a fairly sweet character but some decent nuttiness.
