On tap at Lawrence Beer Co, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out heavy bourbon barrels, vanilla beans, and oak. Flavour is rich, with lots of bourbon barrel character upfront, followed by somewhat charred oak and a little vanilla. Wild Turkey isn't the best bourbon, but they manage to utilize these barrels well. Very good.

On tap at Lawrence Beer Co, pours a clear ros pink with a small off-pink head. Aroma brings out bright, slightly tart raspberries, light lacto, and a soft wheaty base. Flavour is bright and clean, with a really good tart raspberry character, light lacto, and soft pillowy wheaty notes. Bright, clean, and perfectly incorporating the berries. Excellent.

On tap at Lawrence Beer Co, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice lacto character, with subtle citrus, coriander and salt. Flavour is clean and bright, tasting now a gose should, with coriander, lacto, and salt. Nicely constructed, clean and refreshingly complex. Very impressive.

16 oz Nonic pint draft at Lawrence Beer Co in Lawrence, Kansas. The pour is a mostly clear golden with a 1/2 inch off white head. The aroma is faint, with a bit of grass along with some light lemon citrus. The taste is cereal malt, soft lime citrus, the floral, grassy and cereal grain. The palate is light bodied with a somewhat watery (though clean) finish.
