Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a water colour, no head. Aroma is ruined by diacetyl, with maybe pear skins underneath. Flavour is floral, with sweet pears, buttered popcorn. Yeah, fuck off. How do you get diacetyl in here?

On tap at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear pale yellow, small head. Aroma and flavour is pretty standard, with medium sweetness, light apple skins, not much depth. Bog standard, meh.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a cloudy pale golden, no head. Nose is wild and funky, with lots of farmhouse notes, moderate funk and bone dry apples. Flavour is complex, with barnyard funk, rustic farmhouse notes, and nearly bone dry apple skins. Complex, funky and rustic. Very good.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear vibrant golden with a tiny head. Aroma brings out toffee apples and crisp apple skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with fermented out apple skins, earthiness and rustic farmhouse notes. Dry and nicely constructed. Solid.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear purple (yep) with a small white head. Aroma is pungently lavender-forward, with little else to speak of. Flavour is very floral, with intense lavender, not much else to speak of. Dominated by lavender with little else. Fun but not great.
