750mL bottle. Pours clear gold with foamy white head. Aroma is dirty; Belgian yeast, coriander, a bit of band-aid. Flavour has coriander, esters in good balance, dry grass. Something feels a bit off, but not terribly so. Decent carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle. Pale amber, drops bright. Medium head. It's a little bit phenolic on the nose, just a little bit off, some plastic, and a touch malty. On the palate, it's interesting. There's something not quite right. Good carbonation. On the palate, it's got a little bit of toast, touch of phenol, and apple. It's funny, it's not all that far off, but it's not quite hitting. It's a bit sweet, lacks hop, and could be a bit cleaner with more fermentory complexity.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has some champagne-like effervescence, some light phenolic notes, and Belgian yeast. Flavour seems off a bit -- THP or phenolic notes? -- toasted grain, champagne-like effervescence, a little white pepper, and some booze. Decent attempt but this needs some work.
