33cl Fles van ONP5. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Bloemig, lavendel en jasmijn, licht moutig, droog, hint van citrusrasp, beetje Saison-achtig, flink bitter. Lichte body maar niet echt dun. Smaakvol, goed. Deze lust ik wel.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, chestnut colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly toasty, nutty and minimally chocolately, dark malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of toffee, nougat, praline, a touch of red berries. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly chocolately, nutty and toasty, dark and slightly caramel malty, hints of caramel, milk chocolate, a touch of Brazil nut, yeasty fruity hints of red berries.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Seemingly light, not overly "Bock-ish", somehow a top-fermented Bock (if that would make sense) or rather a Brown Ale - nice nevertheless.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van rozijnen. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet, caramel en rozijnen achtig.
