Aroma of hay, grass, flowers, some herbs. Tastes similar, with more citrus.
Meiumd mouthfeel, with a lviely carbonation. Finishes bitter, floral, grassy, herbal, citric.

Clean, crisp and very well balanced. Lovely bitter hop notes, with just enough body. Really well made, classic Pils.

Tastes spices, earthy, leathery, herbal, tobacco, nutty, spices. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of nuts, tobacco and earthy notes. Not bad, feels a tad heavy, nice nutty notes. Rather drinkable

0,33l from bottle at hotel in Gmünd bought at Waldviertler Eck, Gmünd today. BB 14.12.2025. Yellow clear color, small white head. Smells caramel, light toffee, bitter almonds. Decent smell. Medium body, above average carbonation. Tastes marzipan, toffee, spices, light sweetness, earthy. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of marzipan, toffee and earthy notes. Not very Pils like, but overall pretty drinkable

July 2025. orange murky color, small white head. smells tobacco, earthy, bit light struck, bit peppery. ok smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, peppery, tobacco, grainy, bit light struck. finishes lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and peppery notes. not overly good, storing conditions at the supermarket where I bought the beer were not great though.

Tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, leathery, bit light struck, bit buttery, popcorn, tobacco. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of butter, popcorn and tobacco notes. Not good, likely storage conditions at the supermarket werent good either

Wenn man ein Bier auf den Markt bringt, kann man sich super-kreative Namen überlegen, oder man gibt ihm den Namen der Haustiere der Kinder 🐐 so wie hier. Das Ziegolo ist wie eigentlich alle Bier der Brauerei sehr solide und angenehm zu trinken. Sehr erfrischend und mit einem eigenem Charakter etwas herber, wie vieles im Waldviertel 🌳.
