New 🇳🇱 brewery ✅ vague fruity notes of sweet stewed fruit, some citrus marmalade like notes, sweet malts, overly sweet and subdued hoppy with no bitterness. 11/27 BBE so well in date, very underwhelming first impression.

Nose is fruit esters, herb, straw, light yeast tickle, breads.
Taste comprises dull fruits, Belgian yeast notes, hedgerow, breads, perfume.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

Can. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, some creamy sweetness, a modest natural grain. A Belgian triple like spice and a whisper of esters. Soft pine and a little rounded citrus. Quite drinkable if lacking excitement.
