Taster at the brewery - light gold with a moderate haze - thick, frothy lace - looks pretty awesome, actually - super lean malt base allows the hops and yeast to do their respective thangs - floral, grassy, citric hops play well with the peppery phenols and moderate esters of the yeast - moderate tropical fruit and pepper in a dry finish - would probably be my go-to IPA here.

Taster at the brewery - dark ruby with an off-white lace - nose of caramelized sugar, raisin, plum - soft carbonation - well-masked alcohol - flavors of plum, raisin, cherry skin, dark bread, pepper, mild acidity/tartness that balances the sweetness - finish dries out and brings earthy yeast and strong spiciness - this is well done.

Taster at the brewery - hazy peach color - nose of white frosting, pepper, pale malt sweetness, peach, musky citrus - nose and flavor resemble a tripel - flavor is perfume, mustiness, sweetened citrus fruits, white pepper, pineapple, coriander, orange rind - finish is strongly spicy, with some notes of cobweb yeast - alcohol is a little strong in the finish - slightly rough around the edges, but this is decent.

Taster at the brewery - should be listed as a foreign stout, as it uses Belgian yeast and candi syrup - black pour with a thick off-white head - nose of roast, dark chocolate, licorice, espresso - starts sweet, with vanilla, cream, chocolate, dark berry - moderate bitterness and roast late, with moderate acidity cutting the sweetness slightly - finishes with dark coffee notes - a little thin, and the sweetness is never completely balanced, but okay.

Taster at the brewery - hazy copper with a thick, sticky lace - nose and flavor are heavy tropical fruit - strong citric hops couple well with tropical fruit esters of pineapple and mango - a bit of pepper and earthiness from the yeast compliments the bitterness of the hops - finish of peppered mango and grapefruit - finishing bitterness is a touch assertive, but this is fairly good.

Taster at the brewery - clear dark copper - nose of ginger, crackery malts, pepper, light dustiness - flavor is dry and crisp, with a rich but dry malt character, moderate bitterness, white pepper spiciness, light cobweb/dustiness, a touch of ginger - dry, spicy finish - this is well done.
