Pint can. Caramel malt aroma with notes of toffee, dark fruit, bread and spicy Belgian yeast. Pours cloudy toffee brown colored with half a finger of tan head that has good retention and some lacing. Starts with caramel, toffee and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with bready malt and dark fruit flavors. Nice dubbel.

Pint can. Spicy Belgian yeast aroma with notes of lemony citrus, clove, banana, grassy hops and coriander. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of soapy white head that has excellent retention and decent retention. Starts with lemony citrus, clove and banana flavors. Finishes dry with spicy Belgian yeast, grassy hops and coriander flavors. Nice Belgian.

16 oz. can. Pours dark brown, with a dense, beige head. The aroma is coriander, cola, pumpernickel, ripe apple, and walnut. Sweet and malty and yeasty, with a mild, earthy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, dusty, and chewy. Solid and fun, if a bit harsh.

Crowler. Pours a clear, golden color, with a pretty big, frothy, white head. The nose is butterscotch, light leather, grains of paradise, orange peel, and biscuit. Sweet and malty and yeasty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, creamy, and thick. Smooth, flavorful, and fun.

Pours very dark amber with a light beige head. Aroma of stone fruits, yeast. Taste is stone fruits , plum , raisin, Belgian yeast, coriander. Decent.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is caramel, beautiful hatch chile, light celery, and vanilla. Sweet and malty, with a mild, building heat. Light, smooth, and clean. Good heat and balanced. Lovely.

Raisin, banana, black bread, star anise, light truffle, and coriander. Sweet and malty and yeasty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, velvety, and clean. Quality quad, smooth, and on style.
