Description
Bagtown Brewing Company was started by an entrepreneurship class at Mount Allison University, in Sackville, NB. It is now run by one of the original class members and features a taproom where you can enjoy many different offerings.

Bagtown Brewing Company offers a variety of local craft alcohols, extending beyond beer, that can be purchased right in the shop! Stay tuned for weekly updates on what’s in the fridge!

Dark brown. Nitro head. Dirty, coffee grounds. Sourish. Some roast, lacks bitterness and doesn’t get to any tropical character.

Acetaldehyde, amber, slight haze and no head. This has a touch of bitterness and fruity hop note but it’s barely functional.

Hazy dull amber. No head. This is a mess, again fermentation. Dirty, underhopped and gloppy.

Pale and a bit dull. No head. Underhopped, messy, gloppy, the fermentation didn’t do its best work here.
