Sampled at Joes. Dark red color, no head. Aroma and flavor are mead and cherries, although it also has something of raspberry in there. Nonetheless quite useful.

Bottle shared at work. Deep golden coloured pour. Nose is apple and a touch of pear, honey sweetness. Taste is lightly sweet, fruity, apple dominates. Light bodied, even for the abv. Not sure if apples work in any alcoholic drink apart from ciders.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder oranje achtige mede. Het aroma is bosbessen achtig met een beetje een alcohol achtige ondertoon. De smaak is vol fruitig en zoet met een honing achtige warme afdronk. Anders dan de gewone mede is deze minder stroperig.

Pours fairly clear, with some haze. Pale lemongold. Scent is dry, woodford quite loud. Pretty silent on the honey. Taste is full, woodfort, bit boozy, bready notes that are very pleasant (yeast autolysis ?) fairly safe on oakj. Medium carbonation, silent honey.

Pale straw coloured, looks nicely viscous. Smell is sweet, some honey, getting plenty of bright apple as well. Light and lightly sticky mouthfeel. Quite dry, little bit of jaw clenching acidity even. Lots of dry funky apple, hint of juicy pear. Refreshing
