0.375 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', bottled in December 2021. Hazy, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite vinous-fruity and fairly funky aroma of manure, overripe lemon, red wine and oak. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather vinous-fruity and gently funky taste of overripe lemon, red wine, oak, cat pee, mint and light vanilla, followed by a medium long, gently tart, moderately woody-dry finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely brew, quite mellow, maybe a bit too much manure aroma.

2018 vintage bottle shared at work. Funky, the fruit character is ere and it only faded so much as to not be dominant but stay apparent, there's a hint of acetic acid as well but I don't mind it at all, it's not offensive but definitely contributes to a complex acid-profile. Layered, complex and in general right up my alley.

Bottle at home. Deeper, orangeish golden with no head. Funky grassy, citric-zesty, with earthy, leathery notes providing depth, the bitterness combines with the dry body, which is a bit ehhhh. Not bad at all, but lacks coherence somehow.

From bottle at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Like the Abyss another nicely puckering sourness. Aroma is fleshy fruits with a balanced Bordeaux influence. Notes of grapes, oak, and stone fruits. Body is medium, nice sour punch.

From bottle at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Puckering sour with loads of tart peach and apricot in the aroma. Very fruity with a dry finish. Also picking up citrus, notes of lemon. The Bordeaux barrel doesn't really show. A bit acidic, nicely sour. Great.

375ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with small, bubbly, white head which resettles to dense and creamy before eventually slowly fading away. Funky and vinous fruity, minimally woody aroma, hints of blue grapes, red wine, a touch of oak, some funk, tannic overtones. Taste is tart-ish, tangy, grainy malty, mildly funky, minimally vinous fruity and woody, hints of blue grapes, red wine, some oak, a weak touch of vinegar. Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, slightly astringent palate, fine, dense, soft carbonation. Fairly funky, nice BA support, not overly complex overall - OK.
