Excellent bock, full of rich malty notes—caramel and toast and a touch of dried fruit—followed by a mild nuttiness on the back end and a modest bitterness. Another great pint from Chattanooga’s best-kept secret brewery.

Delicious. Notes of citrus and pine against a cracker-and-caramel malty base. Could drink five of these. Great pint.

Absolutely killer Vienna Lager. Rich backbone of caramel and toasted bread, gentle notes of apple and nuts, and a mild bitterness on the finish. Oh my. Good beer, good brewery. (The restaurant's good, too.)

Excellent new(ish) school IPA, with a grainy-cracker sweetness underlining notes of pine, berry, grapefruit, and a touch of mango. Finishes with an appreciated firm bitter fade. Nice pint.
