Curious pour availability at this otherwise juice box stand. Clear, very pale amber, sparkling pour. Oaky, clay, rich acid, forced vanilla nose. Hard oak, green apple tartness, astringent apple core, suckling dry mouth, mellow pineapple fruitiness & strong sulfite finish. Too thin, mellow carb, delicate for 8%. Cheated a couple steps. Okay to good.

Surprising tap option at this otherwise sugar water source. I learned that they make several proper ciders when they can be bothered. Clear, pale, metallic gold, pretty active. Veggy, vanilla, grassy, confectionery but dry nose. Brut leaning dry-dry, strong apricot mineral note, some vanilla, dried pineapple preservatives, earthy bitterness & creme on the tail. Very sophisticated. Great texture good enough cider.

Trying everything not nailed down at the source. Clear, fizzy, peach tea pour. Floral tart, lemon citrus, light tea, bright blueberry skin & candy nose. Floral, acidic, bittersweet leaning sweet, slightly fake blueberry muffin, nice apple skin grassiness on the tail, a little paper & oak. Meh. Blueberries felt off.

Had all the Frescas in a flight of regret. Clear, slightly suspended, peach tea pour. Strong & sweet potpourri nose. Sweet, Arizona peach tea with a touch of back-end astringency. Candied. Just crispy enough that I don't hate it.

At the source on a lazy weekday afternoon. Clear, bright, watermelon pour. Caramelized white sugar & some minor floral melon note. Pretty trash to start. Sugary, well preserved, strawberry cordial, concentrated Mott's, diabetes-laced floral. Almost no acid or contrast. Slick, quiet carb & forgettable.

Notes from October 2024. Clear, metallic gold, active. Getting hungry again. Floral spiced pear sweet nose. Warm & inviting. Semi-sweet, slow-hitting ginger ale acid, brightly spiced, snappy flesh, somewhat floral, drippy honey pear, slight extract feels. Kinda nice.

Source pour. Hoping something wows me. Clear, active, pale metallic gold pour. Floral nose with some extra savory thyme & apple acidity. Tart, semi-sweet, lots of lemon, white sugar-coated floral, lingering & restrained lavender oil, very minerally & acidic cider base, no soap. Surprisingly good.

On tap at the source after a ho-hum Bahn-mi. Clear, vibrant, still, oily piss gold, default 6oz tulip pour. Veggie, industrial apple skin, hot boozy sugar heat nose. Tart, semi-sweet, obvious russet, light menthol, white wine heat, thick & coating, heavy acid reflux, boiling booziness, big pear finish. Sloppy dessert sipper. Hot trash but okay-ish.

This was a base beer that didn't go so well so they decided to give it some treatments. Clear, iced tea, frothy 10oz tulip at the source. Sour milk, sour berry, old wood, slightly spoiled, varnish-y nose. Way too much oak upfront, black berry, big black tea, lactose is misplaced & kinda ugly. Prickly acid, low voltage strawberries & creme meld on the finish. Strong carb, middling acid, wanting berry ice cream. Dirty. Brett ain't ready.
