(Bottle) Hazy pale yellow colour with brief, frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly funky nose with notes of red apples, hay, honey, barnyard and a touch of glue. Fruity, slightly tart taste with red apples, hay, honey, gooseberries and generous acidity in the finish. Light body, dry. Rich and tasty, with a good funky acidity. Nice one.
